Getting Ready for Our Visit

We want your cleaning experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. A few quick preparations help us focus on giving your home the best care:
• Tidy up any clutter in the areas you’d like cleaned—things like toys or clothing.
• Put away medications, jewelry, cash, and other valuables for safekeeping.
• For everyone’s comfort, please avoid smoking while our cleaners are in your home.
• Set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. On warmer days, turning on the A/C helps us work more efficiently.
• We adore pets, but we understand not all pets feel the same about visitors. If your furry friend gets anxious, please secure them so they stay relaxed while we clean.
• Leave out trash bags and any favorite cleaning products you’d like us to use.
Have any little details or “pet peeves”? Let us know so we can make sure everything is just the way you like it. 

We want your move-out cleaning to go as smoothly and efficiently as possible! To help our team deliver the best results (and save you time and money), please take a few simple steps before we arrive:

• Remove All Personal Belongings

Please make sure all furniture, boxes, décor, and personal items have been moved out of the home. This allows us to clean every surface thoroughly — including inside cabinets, closets, and under appliances.

• Empty the Refrigerator & Cabinets

If your cleaning includes kitchen appliances, please empty the fridge and freezer, and remove any food or items from cabinets and drawers.

• Check That Utilities Are Still On

We’ll need access to running water and electricity for vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning tasks. Please make sure these services are still active on your cleaning day.

• Let Us Know About Any Special Requests

If there are areas you’d like us to pay extra attention to — or if something is excluded (like a garage or attic) — just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

•   Keep Pets Secure

If you have pets, please secure them safely during the cleaning to keep them comfortable and allow our team to work efficiently.
